Hi Bill

I ordered the NTX 2013 complete adventure package and the separately V5 as this did not come with the package. Can you kindly confirm that the RQ box set is included in the package? I am also waiting on a DA4 and a Blood Cult box set from you, will you be sending these at the same time?

Cheers

Chris

Chris,
The formal announcement for the package will be out in a couple days. See the Blood Cult thread regarding that update.  :D

Re:         North Texas RPG Con Module Releases

Pacesetter Games is proud to announce the 2013 line of special North Texas RPG Convention modules. Please review the descriptions below as there are opportunities to purchase these adventures individually or in packages. Note that many of these modules have print runs of 100 copies and that 50 of each will be held back for those attending the convention. Therefore, as few as 50 copies will be available via the pacesettergames.com website. Lastly, a large portion of the proceeds from the sales of all of the exclusive NTX modules are donated to help fund the North Texas RPG Convention.

V2 Palace of the Vampire Queen
The venerable adventure kit originally published by Wee Warriors in 1976 has come back to life! This ninth printing follows up on last year's release. The module includes all of the original contents as well as a complete first edition conversion and new art. A special insert details how to use this adventure with V4 The Misty Isles!
Price: $25.00   Print Run: 100 numbered copies

V3 The Dwarven Glory
For the first time in more than 30 years this adventure kit is available again. The entire kit has been reprinted with new artwork! Additionally, a first edition AD&D conversion has been included.
Price: $25.00   Print Run: 150 numbered copies

V4 The Misty Isles
The third Wee Warriors adventure kit was never distributed by TSR and it is arguably the first campaign setting published. Nine uniquely described islands presented in the same style as Palace of the Vampire Queen and The Dwarven Glory, both of which are located among the nine islands. This first ever full size reproduction includes all of the original material. It also includes all new, professionally designed maps! Each module includes an exclusive sneak peek at Pacesetter's AD&D conversion of each island.
Price: $29.00   Print Run: 150 numbered copies

V5 Palace of the Vampire Queen: Castle Blood
For those in the know, the original PotVQ is not exactly a palace, but a series of five dungeon levels beneath a heretofore enigmatic castle. Now, 36 years after the release of PotVQ, the castle has been brought to life (or should I say undead). Castle Blood includes a beautiful professionally designed map and fully described room keys. The adventure is a first level dungeon that you can use to kick off a Misty Isles campaign or just lead into Palace of the Vampire Queen itself.
Price: $19.00   Print Run: 100 numbered copies

RQ1 The Red Queen: Sanctuary -- Digest Series Adventure
The Red Queen adventure series spans four classic TSR rules systems. Pacesetter continues to innovate old school adventuring by creating a four-part adventure featuring TSR's most popular RPG systems including Advanced Dungeons & Dragons, Boot Hill, Top Secret and Gamma World. The Red Queen - a curvaceous human female - is searching for something. In this first adventure, featuring the AD&D system, a simple treasure hunt quickly turns into a fight for survival as the PCs must battle head-hunting savages and some monstrous snake-like creatures armed with strange new weapons.
Price: $12.00   Print Run: 100 numbered copies*

RQ2 The Red Queen: Showdown -- Digest Series Adventure
In the second Red Queen adventure, featuring the Boot Hill system, the series continues at a lonesome Wild West town. Raiding indians and mysterious deaths at the mine have brought bounty hunters, cowboys and gun-slingers to the beleaguered town.
Price: $12.00   Print Run: 100 numbered copies*

RQ3 The Red Queen: Cold War -- Digest Series Adventure
In the third adventure, featuring the Top Secret system, the series continues at an Antarctic research station. The Russians are up to something sinister and it is up to the world's best spies to uncover a secret that end the Cold War.
Price: $12.00   Print Run: 100 numbered copies*

RQ4 The Red Queen: Armageddon -- Digest Series Adventure
In the final adventure, featuring the Gamma World system, the series concludes after the apocalypse. Strange creatures are scouring the lands for pure strain humans.
Price: $12.00   Print Run: 100 numbered copies*

*The entire print run of 100 modules will be split with 40 sold individually and 60 included in the RQ1-4 Adventure Pack. The digests and boxed set will only be available for a very limited time. The boxed sets will include bonus material. Because the digest series is a NTX exclusive, only 20 individual module books and 30 Adventure Packs will be sold via pacesettergames.com. Get your copy now; they will not last and they will never be reprinted in this form. In fact, future reprints will NOT use the listed rules systems.

RQ1-4 The Red Queen: Adventure Pack
The Red Queen adventure series spans four classic rules systems including Advanced Dungeons & Dragons, Boot Hill, Top Secret and Gamma World. The Red Queen - a curvaceous human female - is searching for something. It is a search that leads her through thousands of years. This boxed set contains all four of the linked RQ modules. These special digest-sized modules have been produced exclusively for the 2013 North Texas RPG Convention. The entire print run of modules is 100 with 60 sets included in the RQ1-4 Pack. The digests and boxed set will only be available for a very limited time.
Price: $40 (save $8)   Print Run: 60 boxed sets

TM4 Return to the Forbidden City -- Tournament Version
For the third straight year Pacesetter will host the NTX annual AD&D Tournament. This year, a sequel to that great TSR module I1 Dwellers of the Forbidden City is ready to go. This tournament adventure finds the PCs returning to the iconic city many years since it was first rediscovered by a group of adventurers. Many things have changed, and none for the better. This scenario is designed for a group of six to eight characters of fifth to seventh level. This copy of the adventure is the tournament version. Sales of this module will end at midnight June 9, 2013. The number to be printed is equal to sales plus two copies for the Pacesetter archive. No further tournament versions will be printed.
Price: $15.00   Print Run: See above

A2 Sanctuary of the Slave Masters
Continuing Pacesetter's TSR sequel series, the second installment of the new A-series will be play-tested during the 2013 North Texas RPG Convention. All attendees will receive a free copy of the adventure. This version includes all the original notes, hand-drawn maps and adventure keys. This is your opportunity to see how Pacesetter creates its adventures (it may not be pretty!).
Price: $10.00   Print Run: limited to pre-orders and playtesters

North Texas RPG Convention Adventure Pack
This package includes the following modules: V2 Palace of the Vampire Queen, V3 The Dwarven Glory, V4 The Misty Isles, RQ1-4 Adventure Pack, TM4 Return to the Forbidden City and A2 Sanctuary of the Slave Masters
Note: The adventure pack does not include V5 Palace of the Vampire Queen: Castle Blood
Price: $140.00     Print Run: Limited to component print runs

The NTX package is $145....
Not a problem for me as I also purchased DA3 and DA4 as well.

There are only four RQ1-4 boxed sets left for sale via the website. That is after I bumped the total boxed sets to 75!

If you want one of these sets, get it soon. Of course, if you are going to be at the convention, you will have a chance to grab them there.

These sets will never be reprinted in their current form. This is a one-shot deal. The next time you see the Red Queen, she will be completely revised.

I want to thank everyone who has purchased the North Texas RPG Convention module pack to help support the NTX. For those of you who have not had the chance, please note the package will be pulled from the web site tomorrow morning (Monday, June 10). Some of the modules will be available individually at that point.

Again, thanks for your support!

Thanks for the heads up and I HOPE to make it one year.   :D

If someone missed out on the RQ1-4 boxed set and wants it bad, I might be able to be talked into selling it for the right price.  I have set #3, and I haven't even had a chance to open it yet, but it looks great!   :)

All orders of the NTX special modules are packed and are shipping this week as I can get to the post office. Please note you will get two packages: one box has the standard modules and the RQ boxed set and the second box will have the TM4 and A2 playtest. The shipping boxes are about 1/4" smaller than they are supposed to be. Instead of waiting for new boxes, I just used my heavy stock cardboard mailers for the larger books. Thanks again for your patience.
