Noble Knight use to have stacks of these, new in shrink for $18 - seems like they finally ran out (I remember them having 25+ copies) years ago.  Looks like the popularity of the thread over on OD&D coincides when NK ran out.

Yes, if you look back on the previous page I mentioned that NK sold out all of their stock after I made a post on my blog about the Manual with a link to NK. Sort of like the "Acaeum effect".  8)
