I'm so not up on current prices for rares anymore, here's a list of non-tsr Fantasy RPG items I think everyone should own:

Castle Zagyg. Probably never to be reprinted in this form.

Midkemia line (Black Tower, Carse, Tulan of the Isles, Towns of the Outlands, Cities, Jonril, Heart of the Sunken Lands). Not likely to ever be reprinted.

The Companions Line (Gems for Death, Street of Gems, Curse on Hareth, Plague of Terror, Brotherhood of the Bolt, Places of Mystery I-IV). Not likely to ever be reprinted in this form.

Judges Guild: Caverns of Thracia, Dark Tower, City State of the Invincible Overloard, First Fantasy Campaign, etc.  Many of these have been reprinted but not in their original form

Thieves Guild (Gamelords): Supplements 1-10 and some of the modules, and the City of Haven.  Doubt this will ever be reprinted as is.

Some ICE MERP items, particularly Dol Guldur, Teeth of Mordor, Trolls of the Misty Mountains, Court of Ardor, etc. Never to be reprinted. Most beautiful maps of any FRP product.

I like your list, mostly from the number of items I have on it...:)
I might also add

Wilmark Dynasty items (Lake Of Parity, Chivalry Lives!, etc.)

City Supplements, Ink (Kalifax, Adventure Pack 1)

Both of those probably suffer more from rarity than interest, but I find both are pretty good.

hi Geraud, i would personally split rarity in two: price and rarity. but in the list below i'll combine them. i don't know how to keep the list to ten because i'd really be splitting hairs.
alberti & barker    mitlanyal (the gods)
adventures unlimited   adventures in fantasy (playtest edition)
brines, michael    sir pellinore's book
city supplements ink.   kalifax (with adventure pack 1)
daystar west  pharoah
daystar west   rahasia
derry, michael   world of guderia (#21/25)
durham, david   morpheus (pre-release box set)
gamers liberation front   rescue the princess
imagination unlimited ltd.   ice tower of the frozen wind (#17/30)-supp to beasts men & gods
inter.cre.actif   gloranthan rune anacephalogy
judges guild   dungeon tac cards (uncut strips)
mercury games    to the aid of dwarves
radio-free atlantis    introductory adventurer's backpack
st. andre, ken    tunnels & trolls (1st pr)
stargazer enterprises    key to druid's gate
spawn of fashan games    spawn of fashan
wee warriors   dwarven glory (1st pr)
wee warriors   dwarven glory (w/encounter key)
winter con   quest for the fazzlewood
yellow dragon games    the yellow dragon
kerestan, pete    palace of the vampire queen (1st pr)
aggressor games    one step beyond (#17/50)

that's 23 items, in honor of michael jordan turning 50 last sunday

I'd add Starstone to these.  Best value per square inch available!  Dang, that's some small print.

Considering the whole line, I'd vote The Companions as the best ever in this category, and probably in the top five for fantasy RPG material generally.

Some ICE MERP items ... Most beautiful maps of any FRP product.

*cough* Harn *cough*

EDIT: fixed my mangled quoting

Areas of interest/knowledge: Harn, WFRP, Ars Magica, anything BRP based such as CoC, Runequest, Pendragon and all their related games

Thanks for your replies.

I didn't ever heard of some of your list Bill  8O
Do you have some of them? I would be VERY interested by a picture displaying some of the rarest items together.

What about non (A)D&D related items?

That's great! If you can take pics this week-end, I guess it would be ok for the article :) (and pics of your collection as well)

I'd add all of the "foldered" modules by Mayfair Games, specifically:

Beastmaker Mountain
Kobold Hall
Fez I: Valley of the Trees
Blasted Lands

Unless they're not rare enough. :)

Also Nanorien Stones, unless you left it out for some reason.

You could add the poster map to Kalifax and city supp for completeness.
