Let me give this another try. I am away from home at the present, but I am going to be back home soon. I think I will have a chance to get my hands on some prior to Gary Con at the worst. One way or another.

Evening, everyone.

My most sincere apologies to those of you who are still waiting on copies of this module. It's not only not acceptable, but I feel particularly bad because the community here at the Acaeum has been so supportive of my venture. While I love collecting books and RPGs, miniatures has consumed the bulk of my time the last year or so, so I have barely been here (I'm also afraid of what I've missed!)

Tom (TollHouseGolem), your parcel went out a few days ago along with the Facebook gnolls you ordered (USPS Confirmation #9405511899560297496647).
Primus, your parcel is packed and ready to drop off at the USPS tomorrow, 2.8.14 (USPS Confirmation #9405511899560287195765)
Thedanered, you confirmed you finally got your copy in this thread.

Lokiwookie, please shoot me your address via PM here and I'll make sure yours goes out this weekend also. If ANYONE else here on the Acaeum is waiting on ANYTHING from CSM, please shoot me an email at [email protected], although I believe these individuals are the last ones.

As an aside, we've added a part-time customer service manager, and her name is Linda Baon. She can be reached at [email protected]. She is in the shop more often than I am, and she will be handling the shipment of outgoing parcels and customer isssues. With our growth in the last year or so, adding someone to make sure situations like this don't happen is critical.

In the future, we will be offering an Acaeum special on the last two modules in the series, one with a Fire Giant and another with a Fomorian Giant. For those of you who remain interested in completing the set, we'll be offering a ship first - pay later for my friends here at the Acaeum. That way, I get no monies for the product until you all have your packages.

I've missed everybody, and I'll be sure to check these threads more often.

Matt

Received my mini & module today. The frost giant (male) looks badass in person, and I'll sit down and read through the module this weekend.

I'm in for the last two mini/modules - and that was before the ship first/pay later gesture. I hope that helps restore some of the love for CSM.

Thank you Matt and Bill for another great pairing - beats the hell out of wine & cheese!
