Some people are unbelievable at times..
A new Ebayer placed a neutral feedback on me.
Their comment..."It took two weeks for the items to arrive.I would have hoped for a week or so...".

Their package was shipped same day.
Surrounding Labor Day weekend.  USPS Media rate.
Arrived fine, delivered in business 5 days. 8 full days after the auction closed.
WTF?!?  PDT_Armataz_01_05

Talk about unable to please people and unreasonable expectations.
And obviously lack of experience with package carrier and freight services.

Oh, The incredulity... <sigh>

Happens to me all the time since I ship from Canada - although usually it is my shipping time DSR that gets hit.

I had a similar experience. Twice I've had neutral because they felt it took too long. Once after a bank hol weekend and it finished on the Friday, so I posted it Tuesday and it arrived on the Saturday! And another when I shipped to Hong Kong the guy said 10 days was too long!
I'd rather they put low DSR on the shipping time rather than leave a neutral wren both their feedback comments showed that the items were great! Too many assholes in eBay world

Been there. I've shipped items within minutes of receiving orders only to be penalized for the USPS delivery. It is almost flattering to have these customers think I am omniscient and in control of every step of the process.

I have also had the tetchy messages through ebay, e.g. "I am quite annoyed, please explain why this is taking so long" etc etc... Most people I find are really fine about a delay if they get a cheery email in return. But the occasional few are just whiny wankers.

I console myself with the thought that people like that just tend to be unhappy and grumpy about lots of stuff. Whereas I am generally not  :D

Well, I had something to add, but these 30 second or whatever auto logouts ripped it.

Suffice to say I feel your pain.

"Whiny wankers."  Excellent moniker.  Whenever I run across whiny wankers, I just add them to my blocked list.  I am noticing some new posters here, so maybe a reminder about some excellent threads that are part of what make The Acaeum so wonderful.  We have a Shady Dealer's thread:

And a Shady Buyer's Thread!  It's been over a year since anyone's posted, so please add these whiny wankers to the list.

This pretty much why I don't sell on eBay much anymore. Expectations are simply idiotic. People request the cheapest shipping rate possible then bitch it takes too long. So they leave you crappy feedback like a neutral then decide to leave all zeroes in each category even though eBay prohibits that type of thing. Bitch to eBay and they send you some form response about trying to talk to the buyer! I could deal with it from time to time, but eBay will restrict your ass if you get more than a couple of these feedbacks unless your sales volume is high enough to absorb it.

And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!
