I have to ask about D1 & D5... is D5 the finale of the series?  I.e., do I need to wait for D2/3/4 to be able to make sense of it?


I draw the line at collecting... D&D beach towels.

No, you can run D5 without going through the entire series. Each level can be run independently. Hope you like them!

I'll admit I kind of lost enthusiam for actually seeing this at any point, but my copy arrived yesterday and wow, this is awesome.  I've not read the entire thing, but the overall quality is superb.  The only criticism I can come up with past "its late" is that I wish the cardstock was a little thicker.

If you've been on the fence or didnt like previous stuff from Pacesetter, I'd say get off the fence or give another try.  This is an awesome product.

Now I'm back to being excited about the Kickstarter.

Are there suppose to be New Magic Items (+2 Scimitar of the Tortoise), New Monsters (Weasels) Cards.  I cannot find them in the box set.

Should be. I opened several and I think they were omitted during packaging. I will make sure all are shipped to pre-order sets. They are in the non-pre-order sets...I will be sure to mail them out this week.

I tracked this down. Here is the deal. The cards were printed at my local printer. The gave me three boxes of the collated insert cards. The third box - 30 sets were missing the card in question. I only looked through one of the boxes (of the three) and they were all present. I assembled all the boxed sets and THEN numbered them. So the last 30 sets I assembled were the first to be numbered and subsequently mailed out. Those 30 sets are missing the card. So, if you have a set numbered 1-30, you are missing the card. I know exactly who you are. They will be mailed out this coming week - probably Thursday or Friday. They will be sent in protected cardboard containers.
