Since CoC isn't my strong suit(although I do pick some things of from time to time :)), I think I did pretty well here, but then again I could be wrong:

At first, I thought it was the module itself, and I'd have said "hell yes!" But, for the "expedition pack" I'm not so sure. I recall seeing one at around $40, so you got a good deal against that one.

Yes you did do well you jammy bugger :D

These tend to go for $45 up to $85 or a wee bit more - although top whack is for those still in shrink.

Congrats on that one, Jason.  I was thinking of upping my bid, but decided not to once I saw that you were the current high bidder. ;)

Let me know how it is, as I've been looking for some decent 1940s CoC source material/adventures.

Thanks g026r!

Don't ever let the fact that I am bidding stay your hand.
eBay is a competitive game! :D

That Golden Dawn went for less than I thought, but I am working with a budget and did not want to go any higher.

Tell me about it. That's one thing that ticks me off the most - that I don't have the money to up my bid, and I'm always being sniped. :) Oh well. One day...

For myself, I just received the First Fantasy Campaign (2nd print) I managed to squeeze in. I'm happy with it (its in better condition than described), but a little sad its missing one of the two maps. I'll get a complete one some day, I hope.

If it hadn't been something I was sure will show up again sometime within the next couple of months, I probably wouldn't have.  As is, there are a few other things I'd rather save the money to up my bid on at the moment. ;)

Which map?  There used to be a couple of copies of one of the maps floating about eBay's stores.  Can't recall which one or what was being asked for them though.

Look around for whichever of the two maps you are missing.

They do appear on Ebay as individual items...often in Ebay stores.

That is the steal of the year. Stones should have gone over $200.

LOL.  Nice evaluation Frank.  I put in a high bid of 107 pounds before I went to bed but was pleasantly surprised when it wasn't tested.

Went to pick up this today - so what do I get for my penny?
Answer would be a car boot full of 2000AD comics, including a load of the Titan anthologies. Oodles of early Viz mags, half dozen AD&D hardbacks, half dozen modules, just about complete run of White Dwarf from 20-80, a few odd Marvel Comics, couple of Mad magazines, some randam University rag mags.

All in all I'm quite pleased bearing in mind I bid on a whim, hoping that the 2000AD issues have some old 'Midnight Surfer' stories in them (they have I believe!)

Now the only problem is getting this whole lot past the good lady 8O

(Oh, and I did give him a little more than the penny - seller was a thoroughly nice guy!)

You can never have too much of something you didn't need in the first place.
