The books themselves are great but I opened the package today and the hole punched material is in one of the AD&D binders in slightly less than NM shape but overall well preserved.

Looks like a great win to me. I missed that one.  :(

Sorry Ian, I wasn't aware you were a big RQ fan, or I'd've mentioned it.  I had several items in my watch lists that were jettisoned as Paul's and Tim's auctions came to the fore....

Sorry. I forgot who I had bid against.

Forget what I said earlier...they are really in bad shape, over half the pages may be missing and I think the binder is ready to fall apart. It is a special left handed binder with pictures of the Golden Girls  8O

If they were I could not have added these messages because I would have already burned my own eyes out in hopes of cleansing the image. Maybe someone can answer this though...In what movie does someone ask for a naked picture of Bea Arthur? I for the life of me can't remember for sure. I am thinking Quick Change or Airheads...any help?

That would be Airheads.  My favorite part...Adam Sandler yelling "I'm going to stab you in the head....with my dick".  8O

Airheads - A film of quality and taste!  :lol:
There is of course a mention of D&D in it (Lemmy of all people!), which puts it high up there in my opinion :D

I'm fairly pleased with this one. The seller claims "original zip-loc," which may or may not be true, but I do know that Starfire is almost always found with punched counters, so I'm pretty pleased about the overall conditon.

+++++

Also note the seller has Dragon #1 up for sale, among other goodies. Actually, the description of the Dragon auction is pretty funny; it's worth checking out.

Here one I have been chasing for sometime now. I had it way back when and sold it....been one of the things I regret selling the most. Except for one corner of the box being torn it is otherwise mint as are the extra books....

It puts me in a better mood after Notnaidag and Achaeron.  I am guessing that it is complete at 23 pages?  Afterglow (the original) says that it should be 16 pages so I am guessing that the last 7 are pregen characters or I could dream and hope Heart of Evil is stapled to the back.
