Thought this looked like a decent price and I want to see what the hoopla was about.

It's a great adventure, Jason.  Be sure you also dig up the freebies mentioned on the copyright page:  NG provided extras for most of their early modules, and they were well-worth downloading :D

Troll & Toad had a copy of Tomb of Abysthor in their store for $22.50 (or thereabouts) as of yesterday.  It is no longer there but a search doesnt show that it sold.  They either sold it off Ebay or they pulled it and are planning to jack up the price by 20 or 30 bucks.  I thought about grabbing it but I just cant bring myself to buy from them without seeing an actual scan or photo.

I was pleased to get Rappan Athuk Reloaded at this price. I thought it would take a lot more patience for me land this, but it is the first copy I have had opportunity to bid on.

Nice price on that Rappan Athuk Grug.  You were lucky to win it that cheap....especially since I had planned on bidding on it as well.     Changed my mind on the last day to bid on something else.  Now I regret it.  Oh well.

T&T have their Ebay BINs linked to their website store inventory.  So if someone buys it from their store (which is usually cheaper than the Ebay BIN) the auction automatically gets updated or canceled.

Sorry, King.

I'll let you know what it looks like and if it is not up to par, I will return it.

Hello Mrs. Cleaver, Theodore.

Gee, Mrs. Cleaver ... That certainly is a lovely dress.

Sorry about what?  I would have bought it if it was another seller, but I won't buy from T&T.  If they can't make the extra effort and put up photos of the actual item for sale then it isnt worth my time.  :)   I just figured I would point it out so someone else could buy it.

Picked up the 1st six releases in this series. At a first glance through it seems a lot like Dungeon mag rather than a module. Nicely square bound though I dont care much for slick pages.

I was very pleased to get these after all I've heard about them.

LOL.  So, John, how did you know it was Martin who bought the BL?:  you have his feedback on a tracker or something??

I know what his Ebay handle is.  And it also helped that he PM'ed me before he bid and after he won it.

OK, but even if you know his ebay handle, you can't see that anymore right, unless you're querying his completed auctions, right?  Or, am I not in the know on the secret bidder-detector strategem?

Even though it doesnt show the Ebay ID of the bidder it does still show the "secret bidders" feedback rating which you can match to their ID as long as you know what it is.

So, you have to track other Acaeum members' feedback ratings, then, right??

Track is not the operative word I would use.  That makes it seem like I am checking up on his Ebay transactions on a daily basis and updating his feedback rating on a spreadsheet or something.  :)  I don't.

If you know the persons eBay ID you can still use the following link to track what the person is up to.

Welcome to eBay

In this case our favorite feline! Just replace the "cougarrinard" portion of the URL with the ID of the seller/buyer that you want to check out.

Edit: Now we know about his "houses".  :)
