Have had the PDF for maybe four years or so. Not as 'clean' as modern PDF technology, but a suitable archive for something so rare.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

Well, I got the big bunch of Shadowrun stuff I'd bought. Disappointed it did not contain Ka Ge 1-4 (the seller was unaware that Issue 11 was misprinted as Issue 2; its obvious, really, the cover is all glossy whereas early issues are paper-like) but it did have Ka Ge 0 which is the hardest to find, in my experience trying so that soothed me over some. Have a lot of duplicates now, so if anyone is ever interested in Shadowrun... ;)

Had a Yule celebration yesterday, and my wife let me have a little box with some stuff in it:

Arduin Dungeon #1

Arduin Dungeon #3

Arduin Dungeon #4

All cards were uncut, which was the main concern. However, we're not sure if the cards are in the right module, so I'll be digging through all my collected research. Also, not really sure what printings, either, but oh well -- that can be half the fun.

Oh, and at least now I know where those cards I first posted about a long time ago came from, with exact certainty.

Just bought a few James Bond books. Nothing too rare or anything, but of interest to me just the same: Thrilling Locations and The Q Manual. I plan on using them in my Shadowrun games. :)

OK, probably not a "wow" thing for you guys, like usual, but I got some hold-over presents over the weekend from my wife, because they had not yet arrived via post. It was only three books, but three I had wanted:

The Book of Treasure, Little Soliders (1978)

The Cult Compedium, Issaries [compilation of Cults of Prax, et al]

and Scared Stiff: The B-Rate Horror Movie RPG, Guildhouse.

OK, I know I post to this thread more than I should, probably, but I am happy to say I got Ka•Ge Issue 1 today. That leaves only 3 more to go.

serleran,

Your enthusiasium for collecting and research really comes thru.  Please continue posting.  I am now interested in collecting Arduin.  I know the rules book has great art in it.  Do the Dungeons also have good artwork?

That's a good question Martin.  Are the Dungeons early enough to have the Erol Otus artwork?

I asked about this on the arduin.com forums a while back, but the thread has disappeared (they seem to have "re-booted" the forums). IIRC, of the Dungeons, only Dungeon 2 (The Howling Tower) has Otus illustrations.

This seems to be confirmed by the Wikipedia pages:

The Howling Tower - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Arduin - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Howling Tower page states that Otus did the HT interior and back cover illustrations, and the main page actually shows one of these interior pics (Phraint vs Throat). No info on who did the monster/artifacts cards in HT, but IIRC they weren't by Otus. (I don't have a copy to confirm).

I bought one of these and it seems pretty interesting. Makes me want to track down the "others in the series" (if they exist):

The Player's Companion

The Critonomicon

Last year when I looked at these, they were still in print.  Although now it looks like their webpage is down.

Technomancer Press, LLC  - Home

I have a couple of their first edition/printing versions with white covers but they do have a number of other items as well.

Ah, well now that I see what the rest of their stuff is, I am no longer interested. Thanks.
