Hello, I hope this is an appropriate project to post here.  I and my associates have a live Kickstarter with Gary Chalk, illustrator of . . . many things: the first Lone Wolf gamebooks (which had their brief line of Citadel Miniatures pieces), a chunk of Warhammer Fantasy, the board game Talisman, and other fantasy worlds like Redwall.  Today he's funding a wargame/board game version of Lone Wolf.

Our project is here:

kickstarter.com/projects/1615043334/lon ... board-game
Or: http://kck.st/1x6Eqd6

The game uses 2-D hand-drawn playing pieces, not 3-D miniatures: we have an updated 3-D miniature of Lone Wolf himself as an add-on if you wish.  We also have an artbook collecting much of Gary Chalk's old work (the first such book he's released).  The page has print-and-play content so you can see the game mechanics, too.  If this is the sort of thing that would interest you folks, then great!  We hope you'll take a moment to look.

We're running through December 5.  Thanks for reading!

I backed that one too, and haven't gotten anything yet either.

Update:  I did get the Shadowlands books and t-shirt last week.  This was the very first Kickstarter I backed, and frankly I had given up.  I'm really glad Blackstar was able to satisfy the pledges.

I sent em an email.. being overseas I'm usually the last (sometimes never) to get.. postage costs are usually blown out and there is no money left... so they get "lost" in the mail..

My first kickstarter was far west Far West:  Western/Wuxia Mashup adventure game by Gareth-Michael Skarka — Kickstarter ... it still hasnt't delivered.. but there has been a few updates the last couple of days.. it will  happen eventually I think.. it has to be at least 2 years overdue.. at least..

funny comment of the day..

I like the comment from the project creator in the last update:

...and the fact that I didn't sit and watch the new STAR WARS teaser trailer on a loop all day should be an indication of how serious I am about getting this done!  :)

As a project creator, I just couldn't live with myself with that kind of delay.

It boggles the mind...

Some people like these kinds of things, but I personally don't plan on hopping in:

Just a quick post to inform I got Geraud's Grimtooth 3.0 book; it was 'kickstarted' thru Ulule. Haven't opened it, but it looks great.

A complete RPG project...such a rare occurrence these days.

:D

Great news!
Do not hesitate to comment the content, even if it is in French :)
Thanks for backing!

I still have to send the David's copy (I am still waiting it with my own copy. I haven't seen the book yet).

For who are interested, it is for sale on editor's website:

Here are some pics of the Wooden Box (Add-0n $45) for the Tunnels & Trolls kickstarter.  This box and some small reward goals is all I've received so far.  Delivery was originally scheduled for 2013 I believe.

Received Llyod Mecalf's kickstarter materials today.  Llyod did a fantastic job of completing his kickstarter on time and with great quality of printed materials.  I look forward to reading some of the mini-mods this weekend.  He also took the time to role up a character for each order.  My character is a level 2 female (human) magic-user with the following spells:  (1st level) Find Familiar, Feather Fall, Spider Climb, and Unseen Servant; (2nd level) Invisibility and Mirror Image.

Yeh I was tickled to see how large a part "Bad Mike" had in the final product!  Thought I'd just get a simple mention.  Great value for these items!

More Lloyd Metcalf plugs, here is his page where he has his KS items (mini-modules and holiday cards) available for purchase.  Also note the snazzy new devil horned/tail logo, that is a Lloyd Metcalf creation.  Throw the guy some money!  And if you need a logo, flier, or art done his rates are reasonable (I pay him in whiskey shots and chicken nuggets).

I backed it just before it finished up. Looking forward to it...
