Just heard from the artist--said he's got lots of art in various stages and had a couple of questions.
So it looks like things are fine, afterall.
I am still plodding along, nearing the end of the text.
Question to the members: do you like adventures that include a (detailed) prerolled party of characters(roster)?

Wow, who'd a thunk it, just a little patience... You know what these artist types are like.

Ash, what's up with all the snarky comments? I think that Thork deserves better than these types of attitudes, especially considering all the great products with excellent and timely shipping that he has provided exclusively to Acaeum members.

We all know that you don't like what he did with the way he handled the 'pre-pub', so what, get over it.

Thork, please don't be discouraged from continuing to provide us Acaeum members with your quality products, there are some of us that appreciate it.

Jorge, it's fine I was over the pre-pub farce before it finished.

I just find it comical that there is so little patience at times. I worked with bbarsh on some if his early modules that launched PGS, he had patience in waiting for artwork, because it doesn't always just happen.

I agree, Thork produces good products, I have a few, but I think in this day and age a little patience, some humility and understanding that in fact there are other opinions to ones own might enhance his reputation more and maybe increase his customer base.
Personally, I don't appreciate an insinuation that I am an intellectual inferior by someone who doesn't even know me, for which he apologised, but that was inappropriate behaviour in a PM.

As for this thread, just a few posts ago there's all the drama of no artwork because he hadn't heard from the artist in a week! Pfft, that's no time at all really. And today we find it's all coming together.

I have no issue with Thork as a member here, a gaming publisher or whatever, but really, does there have to be such drama? He's starting to remind me of my ex-wife....

For the record--I have no "issues" with Ash.
I have also come to a glaring conclusion that American english and UK english sometimes gets lost in interpretation.
We share alot of words, but our meanings are not always on the same wavelength.

And, Primus, I will add you to the list.

I don't want to get involved in a discussion as to rights and wrongs, but you really could do with having a little more patience, as demonstrated previously recently by yourself.

Really, if you don't know all the details, should you be offering such advice?
I'm paying for a service. His skill at art. He has agreed to it, and even owes me some back art from another project.
We had been in contact, he said he'd have something by last weekend--NOT this weekend. Since then, not one word. I've emailed him twice in 4 days, and no replay.
I do not think I am over reacting, just merely informing everyone of the situation.
If I must proceed without the art, then I will.  Its not my preference.
I deal with things the best I can under the circumstance.

Ah, Thork...  I am off track monitoring posts for awhile..  and you start giving away my #13 position...
What's with that?  :P

Every Acaeum limited print offered by Thork before this one I have the #1 copy for.

Stratochamp posted first asking for a copy in this thread, and based on Thorks position for all previous printings.
First post, first served....  the #1 numbered copy is Stratochamps copy this time.

Maybe LucyJoice will trade her position.
Since I do not have the #1 this time; I would too if you wish. 8)

Thork, you can assign my #13 to Scathaigh.  Number doesn't matter much to me.  Thanks!

I will, as soon as Scath confirms wanting a copy. The way he posts it, I'm not sure if I was given a request or the finger!

No - I always, always, always want that paper and ink dedicated to more adventure....especially more places to explore and more things to kill.

Anyone who cannot create a character should not be buying the adventure.

Yea, aye, please, please. request, request. Oui, Ja.
Ba mhaith.

Nothing I post should be taken as acerbic.
Snarky, cynical, sarcastic, or intentive of tripple meanings, possibly...  :cyclopsani:

UPDATE: (1)the above list is now the most current. (2) The artwork is moving along. Just heard more good news today--should have it all by the weekend. (3) These will be numbered on the inside front page of the adventure--not on a separate sheet like i've done before. (4) I'm closing the poll. Looks like the winning range level was preordained--I kept it pretty close to that until knowing whether I would have to adjust it up or down.
