I'm looking to run a spoof of a game and was considering using the "best of the best" when it concerns modules and monsters of a less than stiff nature... and, seeing as I do not have perfect recall, and definitely don't have access to everything, I come to you for opinions on what 'comedy' things to review.

So far, I am thinking of these are starters:

Under The Storm Giant's Castle (Judges Guild; module)
The Field Guide to Encounters I and II (Judges Guild; monster supplement)
The Land of No (I dunno; module)
Fiend Folio (TSR; monster supplement)

I think I can get the monsters covered pretty well but I'm mainly interested in adventures with silliness and outright "wha?" in them. I figured most would be small press or not TSR-released.

Thanks.

All of Rick Reid's "Fluffy Quest" adventures

For the most part, I don't think most writers of fantasy modules have done humor very well.

Booty & the Beasts for funny monsters.

Dungeon of Doom for silly dungeon (rather designed for T&T but easily adaptable).

Don't neglect the entirety of Gamma World, which is sometimes quite funny in a, "That just ain't right," sort of way (I mean, hoops are 7 foot tall rabbits that turn metal into rubber, arks "bite the hands that fed them", etc.). Froghemoths and vegepygmies from S3?

End the campaign with Nogard from Dragon Magazine? It's the ultimate high level adventure.

Funny is one way to look at it.  :D

I always the thought the two EX modules were attempts at humor...emphasis on attempt.

I'd go with Mike's idea and dig up some Fluffy Quest.
Otherwise, plenty of early T&T adventures attempted to throw in humor. Good call on that line of thought.

And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!

- Glory Hole Dwarven Mine

- In Search of Santa's Sack

Sorry... not funny modules... but funny names nonetheless...

RPG’s, D&D in particular has had a major influence in my life. It’s bonded me together with life long friends...it’s that bond in life not just as friends, but in our jokes, our mannerisms, and what we find funny. Invincible Overlord

I've always wanted to run this one as a convention game, tongue in cheek, and have some fun.  Have cotton balls all over the table to simulate the Cloud Giant environment, use M&Ms or marshmellows for figures when the balloon people attack, a giant shrew figure for Satan, etc.  With the right group could be pretty fun.

A motorized walking toy, large enough to knock down your PCs' minis. Normal game mechanics are temporarily suspended while you aim the toy at them, & resolve combat by which ones the toy runs into.

No one's mentioned HackMaster?

My friend, you want to go find a PDF of Dungeon #4.

There you will find the adventure Fluffy Goes to Heck.   Find it.  Read it.  Laugh.

I've always been fond of Rick's paroD &D works.

But on the broader topic...
Keep an eye on Lich Dungeon from Eldritch. Plenty o' humor. And thus not for the serious-high-fantasy crowd.
