WOW!
That Seller made a killing....
That one is not even a first print; its a third printing.

I think a first print; if its one of the signed/numbered limited prints should go for that amount (or more), but a 3rd print?
Not for me thanks.

But it that is the going price on a 3rd print; then I need to sell off some of my 1st print sets....

Is there any differences between the 3 prints? Except the text 1st, 2nd or 3rd printing and the signature? I only have a 2nd print.
If there is no difference, I am not sure that there is sufficient number of hardcore collectors to improve the price if it is a 1st print. For example, if it is only a signature, 1st or 3rd printing is the same for me.

But seriously, we can't compare woody or TSR stuff with recent items like S&W boxed set. Especially because there is no RPG history behind this S&W box...

#2 is definitely the hardest to find. Is this a good price now?

I would be *tempted* if the seller had it listed with regular postage, but using the ebay global shipping system means I have to pay $36 in addition to postage for import charges to the UK - printed books are rightly zero rated, it is because the system classes this as a game, which I guess it is... a bit  :)

I think that's still rather high, Steven. If you decide to buy, I'd be happy to act as your shipping proxy.

Thanks Allan :)

I have a #2 so this would be too high for me to grab a duplicate. But once again thanks to the Acaeum members who offer to help (I got a nice offer by pm too). We are all pretty super :)
