Shoot, I meant to warn folks off of this copy of Courting Madness, since it's not complete per the sellers PM to me:

Hi, I looked in the book and saw page #13 sats Grace Under Pressure but I dont see plans and there are no other handouts included. As far as I know, we dont have any more Cthulhu items at this time. They are very hard to find.

Advertised here but still way too cheap at $32 given its rarity (actual, and relative to the two TSR versions listed). The envelope isn't the best, but it's the proper one and not "plain manilla" as another recent seller claimed the original had; the rule book is very fine vs. a more-usual worn, staple-rusted copy and the counters are unpunched with only slight looseness on one row. Only a handful of copies unpunched and very difficult to do much better than that, all told.

I don't know enough but these older, more unusual items but I think this is a fair deal.  Don't take my estimate for it though!  8O

Not on ebay, just noticed Goodman Games has the GaryCon release of Tegal Manor up on their site:

Judges Guild

I've liked their JG versions in the past.

Still not BIN'd: scarcer than the other mod, for which several new condition copies turned up relatively recently, so quite a reasonable price IMO compared to what it's sold for in the past;

Several other interesting items in their current sales, too.

Yeah, listen to him and buy my stuff!   :D

Obviously, Acaeum folks should talk to me if they see anything of interest; I'm happy to cut deals.  I hadn't even mentioned the ebay listings here because my direct sale list had been up for so long...

Areas of interest/knowledge: Harn, Pendragon, WFRP, Ars Magica, anything BRP based, CoC, Runequest

Planning: BRP/Harn

WOW!
That Seller made a killing....
That one is not even a first print; its a third printing.

I think a first print; if its one of the signed/numbered limited prints should go for that amount (or more), but a 3rd print?
Not for me thanks.

But it that is the going price on a 3rd print; then I need to sell off some of my 1st print sets....

Is there any differences between the 3 prints? Except the text 1st, 2nd or 3rd printing and the signature? I only have a 2nd print.
If there is no difference, I am not sure that there is sufficient number of hardcore collectors to improve the price if it is a 1st print. For example, if it is only a signature, 1st or 3rd printing is the same for me.
