Another Warhouse7 item- Lands of Adventure box set:

** expired/removed eBay auction **

Tradervale (above) seems priced very fairly :)

I draw the line at collecting... D&D beach towels.

Shoulda been: ".. from Pangreenia to Floratopolis, from mystical Treeonia of spectral Forests to Schruborial dimensions." - The Forests of Leng

The Land of Adventure box sets are in really great shape, but they are a little "grungy" from storage ... at least the ones I won previously.

There is only one more Tradervale left  :pirat: at the $99 price ...

I think someone was looking for these...

The first two books are out of print and go for a fair bit.  No bids right now, wouldn't be a bad deal if it could be snagged for around the opening $125.

I spy a copy of the reasonably hard to find Stormbringer adventure book - Octagon of Chaos - in this assorted pile.

Does anyone know the printing history of this?

** expired/removed eBay auction **

I know there is also a FGU printings:

FGU:

** expired/removed eBay auction **

This is claims 2nd Ed FGU:

** expired/removed eBay auction **

Are these two the same printing (but bad photo colouring) or are there 1st and 2nd Ed FGU versions?

I'm thinking there is a Tyr version as well?

Should these be in boxes or were they simply 2 individual books?

I'm no expert on this, but I have the Tyr version which would have been first... 1978, ziploc bag, two digest size booklets plus a loose-leaf page (I believe)... 1980 Phoenix Games version, same format - 2 digest-size booklets in a ziploc (no idea about an extra page),

My FGU box set #6801 dated 1981 (two full size books plus record sheets & screen) is closer to Intelligator's set for coloring, and the date/stock # match... curiosly NK's page count says 128 which is more than either book my box set.  Could there have been a one-book version?

My memory tells me Valley of the Mists was sold separately too (included in the Intelligator auction), but I have one too so who knows, maybe it came in the box set.

I also found a copy of Takishido's Debt in the box, silly 13-year-old me must have cut the top inch off the A4 booklet to fit in the box set... arrgh  :?

Did FGU sell the books only (or individually?) with no box?

Or are these sets suspected to be box lost?
