Yes; primarily a T&T fanzine. Made a bit of a comeback recently (with less T&T) but that's from the original series: not the rarest of 'zines albeit I'm still missing a couple of issues.
The copy for sale has been relisted a few times IIRC so I presume the likely suspects all have that issue by now, or else the price is still a bit rich? ;p

Ah...The Great War of Magellan. Probably one of the rarest RPG's ever. Only because so very few people actually bought it. I bought mine from Mr. Hatch himself at Gen Con that year. Really nice guy, but the game was...well kinda sucky. For every interesting or cool idea, there were ten bad ones. I'm not even sure I read through the whole thing. I got mine signed and personalized and won't be getting rid of it (especially not at that price).
