Titan Games say they've got a copy of Complete Warlock by Balboa Games. I can't find it on their site, or in a search, so maybe its gone already, but its a good buy, and it doesn't come up too often. Only two last year. So maybe it's worth searching for if you've got the patience and willingness to stoop to buying from TAG.

Remember to allow $30 for the shipping and ask for proof of condition.

$1.99 vs. $305!

Now that's something you don't see every day :)

Just chatting with someone who hasn't seen BofB before. I have to admit I wasn't looking very hard.

How common is it?

I will start a thread about BotB to get more attention from the casual browser.

not necessarily an "interesting item on e-bay", but just wondered how much these are worth, valuewise?

He failed to sell it last time. Pity... ^^

All depends on whether his lack of bidders balances his higher reserve.

(Darn. Didn't notice Noble Knight had one (in proper VGC?) at $25. Might've gone for that).

Ben Burns is back up selling his home-made 1E AD&D modules.

cgi.ebay.co.uk/D-D-Original-NEW-Module- ... dZViewItem

These are the sorts of things that will appear on the Afterglow lists of the future. Home published obscurities that turn out to be rare. They're not a bad read either, and for a couple of dollars you can't go wrong.

Although you don't see these up on ebay that often, the Pagan Publishing chapbooks do hit high prices.

I've never seen one go for under $100. It makes no sense why Pagan won't compile and reprint these, they would be basically printing money.

This guy lives very close to me, I keep meaning to look him up and see what he has stashed away. Have you ever bought/read any of these Ian?  Or anyone else?

He's written BRI-1 Adventurers Wanted and BRI-2 Xvart: Silent But Deadly. I have both. They seem okay, but I haven't playtested them. I'd say they were pretty much run of the mill Dungeon Magazine quality. Piazo would edit them down from 16 pages to 4 or 6, which may polish them but would also cut out the homebrew flavour. For me, they are more likely to remain as obscurities if he continues to self publish. Also they are 1E AD&D and Piazo would have a problem with that. For $3 you can't go wrong. I'd happily pay $6 for BRI-3 when it comes out, but I'd have to think about going to $10.

I've definitely seen that :D

They have plans to do so, and have had them for the past few years, they've just been very strapped for cash. Tadashi and I have talked to Adam to see about reprinting the books as well (no luck so far, but we're not giving up hope :D ).

This one just got too rich for my blood:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... %3AIT&rd=1

I went to $50 and change, based on that 'dreamlike scenes' bit, but I'm out. Presterjor has 5 other rare old tourney modules and a Little Soldier book of shamans coming due in the next couple hours, maybe some of you would like to get in on those.

I don't deal with that idiot any more. I was blocked for having negatives in my feedback. This was after I had bought and sold items with him in the past with no probs whatsoever.

Some nice pieces there. Minotaur's Lair seems to be the best of the bunch for $43, IMO. I was hoping no-one had noticed them. :D
I guess I get the comedy one. :?
