No. They're legit. SPI released it about two years ago. I understand from Ian Taylor that SPI are in the process of re-publishing a new version, and I hope they provide better scans, 'cos the ones on this set are crap.

Here is another set of Worlds Largest Dungeons:

D&D Dungeons Miniatures | eBay

Right now there is currently 6 of them.  They are more expensive than the set listed previously, but still not bad when you figure the going rate. :)
