Take a look at the high bidder on almost every auction:

Welcome to eBay

I noticed these auctions a few days ago and most of the items arent in that great a shape.  The seller doesnt mention if the maps are intact or included.  But I will bet that this bidder is going to win most if not all these auctions and will probably push the prices for even the more common stuff way up because he will pay whatever it takes to win these.  He is also bidding on morgansurnames MERP items and the condition of those isnt any better.  Gotta love bidders with that "I want it all right now" mentality.  :?

But...but...but don't you know that this will be the absolute last time that any of these items will ever show up on EBay again?

Seller has Gryphon magazine #1 plus several others.  I dont know anything about them but I figured since there are quite a few people that collect these kinds of magazines I would post it.

Denizens of the Dreaming is fairly rare, that I know. The rest only so-so. Any of the Immortal Eyes books are a dime-a-dozen. The Players' Guide same thing. Fools Luck and Book of Lost Houses are both from towards the end of the line, and hence their print run was probably lower. They might be good grabs.

BTB got 3 of the 4 BINs - nice pick up (rpg karma at work - BTB comes over as a nice guy and seems to do the right thing by the community - kudos to you sir!)

Thieves World Box Set with a decent BIN:

** expired/removed eBay auction **

It looks like a decent set and it appears to be complete(might be missing 1 map).

Eight sealed CE expansions

I just really don't get this guy's strategy.

So 10 days pass, he gets some bids, but it goes down as an official "no-sale" due to the reserve price. Seems like a complete waste of time to me.

Then again, I can't stand reserves, anyway — they strike me as completely idiotic — so I'm probably biased. I remember bidding in my first reserve auction many years ago and thinking, "What is this s**t?" I've just never been a big fan of the theory, and I know for a fact that many sellers don't know how to set reserves that make any sense.

I've done one (my very first auction) and doubt I'll ever do another. Though I'm not selling any high end items, for what I do sell it is not very cost effective not to mention relisting if the item doesn't meet the reserve.
