Well, it looks like he corrected his listing now as it doesn't appear in the D&D section anymore.  I just couldn't figure out why it was there in the first place.  I mean its not like he was listing D&D books just as fiction books not knowing to list them in the D&D category.   :?

I don't care why he listed it there. I still want to explore her dungeon.

The really funny thing is that what do you think the chances of the phone call you receive is not being from her is?

You're welcome, although I was hoping the seller would get a few more dollars. Mis-spelling Cthulhu was kinda fatal.

The 1st edition box ain't that common by any means (certainly not in the UK), even if it doesn't often sell for much over $20-25. Undervalued, IMO.

Almost missed that re-listing...
OK, let's mark that as one "known name" who's not on the board.

Damn quick BIN, too! Like I said, "undervalued" ;)

Holy Cow 8O 8O Now that is what I call a "LARGE" lot. Talk about your instant collection. The bad part of it is that the pictures are so vague, for the most part you can't tell whats in there  That and the fact shipping for it is quote as $500.00 8O

Excellent demonstration of the difference between stock and a collection, actually.  There's no coherence to this group of items at all, it's just a gaming store dumping their old stock.  Nice deal at the moment, though.

No I don't think its to low, not at all.  I just see you guys go head to head with your snipes a lot and it just makes me laugh.  Those silly other bidders think they have a chance at getting a great deal and then BAM  8O  oh look they are in 3rd place.

I e-mailed them to ask before hand...No response. I then e-mailed them and said that as they only offered USPS to US buyers I was going to bid on the basis that they would ship to me USPS.

I'm not gonna use their automated chechout system 'cos it doesn't accept non-US customers. We'll see if I can avoid using a courier service.

So what were the gems in there? I was after Black Tower and Chainmail. I don't know about most of the other stuff. I just took a gamble.
