800 pages!

"Bill used his abilities for entertainment and profit.  But when his gentle uncle Ben was killed by a falling copy of Tome of Horrors, he realized that with great power comes great responsibility."

When you count in the Pathfinder community, you realize that the Old School movement is actually the largest thing going on in role-playing games.  It is legitimate to count the Pathfinder community because the people who run Paizo are constantly affirming their respect for the Old School traditions.

The market is no longer in the millions, but within the circle of thousands (or tens of thousands) of core gamers, the sub-culture is still quite strong...as the enthusiasm for Tome of Horrors shows.  1000 copies of a $90 product sell out in under two days....that's gotta show you how strong the core community really is.

Again congrats to Bill and Matt for hitting a grand slam here.  I hope to be picking up a S&W version asap, I wonder if that version is going to be the dark horse here in the collectible market.

Just thought of a great topic for a panel at next year's NTGRPG con....."Scariest check you ever wrote, amount and why?".

In anticipation of both the SW and Pathfinder versions arriving this week to my mail box, I dug out the old 4X4 (rotted) that my mailbox was attached to and replaced it with a new 4X4.

Bill:  Do you think it will hold or should I have invested in brick?

Also invest in a larger mailbox?

Got my Pathfinder version from Paizo today....wow. I had a general sense of just how massive this thing would be, but I was still surprised.

Fantastic work. Looking forward to receiving the S&W version too!
