No worries about my number either, if that helps things sort out :)

I draw the line at collecting... D&D beach towels.

UPDATE: The List
So, everyone that has a copy of the original G4(5) and would like a signed, numbered copy of the D4, start getting on the list...again.

And this time, I will make certain (1) that you get the #/order in which you commit, (2) that all will be sent with DO NOT BEND on them (I'll do it myself!), (3) that all will have cardboard inserts, and (4) that all will be plastic wrapped to protect from moisture. (The auctioned Original will be shipped in a box this time!)

Now, in light of this, I will withhold all the D5 material except for the auction winner, who will get copies of that stuff included with the original D4. How's that sound?

Oh, this time (as per everyone's suggestions--especially my wife --lol--), purchase price will be $15 + shipping

Also, by request, I have also decided to try and finish the series/D5.  So how's all that grab ya?

THE D4 LIST IS:
1. Gnat-the-beggar/PAID 9-8-11
2. Phaedran/PAID 9-8-11
3. Lokiwooki/PAID 9-8-11
4. Chucho68/PAID 9-8-11
5. Carrejo/PAID 9-8-11
6. FormCritic/PAID 9-8-11
7. Dwarf/PAID 9-8-11
8. MisterSpock/PAID 99-8-11
9. Mbassco2003/PAID 9-8-11
10. Ligmancer/ PAID 9-8-11
11. Grey M./PAID 9-12-11
12. davidC/PAID 9-9-11
13. Scathaigh/PAID 9-8-11
14. Aia/PAID 9-9-11
15. Ak'Ptui/PAID 9-12-11

Run is filled.

If anyone else wants to switch #s please work it out between yourselves and just let me know. I can easily amend the list.

Okay. I will now enter the copying/printing phase of the project.
Also, I seriously want to know when you all think the auction should end? How about, at the end of the printing phase?

In case it slipped past you; Carrejo and I have switched numbers.
Please see his post above your last one.

Thank you again Jorge...

End of print run at same time as end of auction seems good to me.
You may be sending a copy of D4 and the Original both to one person.

Hi Robert,

Having the auction finish at the end of the "printing phase" sounds too wishy-washy.  No one knows what that time is exactly.  Just set a date 7 days from the first bid you received.  Make the finish time something like 3:00pm EDT so people in Europe are still awake if they want to get a last dig in.

Cheers!

Good, great! now we only have to wait the end of the auction of the original item and to receive our numbered and signed copy!

...now, what's next Thork? You've pulled out a G-series, a D-series... now i'd say it's necessary a Q-series module!
:D

I am currently writing the D5: Khasa Ruhne City of the Forgotten Dwarves which, I think, will make a wonderful (pdf/POD)conclusion to the G4/D4.

I think this was a suggestion earlier/elsewhere, just wondering, any thought to considering a partnership with a publisher to help out...?

(I'd support that, probably many others on the forums would too)

In any case, please keep up the good work!

:)

Just received communication from Bill Webb regarding the G4-9 series. So, I will let you know how that develops as it goes along.
As to the "old" 90's stuff; too small a market I would think. Maybe I'm wrong.

Assuming the ole 90's stuff includes the Evil PC ideas for modules you had.
On a personal level and as the Grandkids' DM I would dissagree with that.
Folks get tired of playing goody twoshoe PCs all the time.
Including 7 year olds... through 15 year olds.
They have all asked me (on seperate occasions) to let them play the bad guys for once.

I also (occasionally) want to go about doing the WRONG things with PCs too.
On that note, I have DMed scenarios wherein the PCs did bad things, thinking they were right.
One time they did what the client hired them to do.
The job was to wipe out a village of so-called bad humanoids (goblins).
No problem, Goblins are a menace that needs to be exterminated anyway right?
Turns out the guy who hired them was the Evil one and the Goblins were a splinter group that were actually good.
The Grandkids realised the mistake too late, they said WHO woulda thunk a village of Goblins were not bad guys?
It took them a long time to get those PCs back on the good side of the gods in that group of adventures.
That scenario helped them to start the process of thinking for themselves more than simply following instructions from someone they just met and got money from.

Perhaps my family just has a truly evil mean streak in us.
But I suspect we are not alone in wanting to at least get a feel for the other side of fantasy.
And it has been done before on a large scale before (sort of).
