Well, now that the G4(5?) is gone, I went through what I revealed earlier--the sequel: D4 Dangers in the Dwarf Realms and got it gathered together.
It is 38 pages including the 2 covers and illustration shown, and comes with 10 pages of maps and 2 of handwritten notes and thingies. Take a look:

I'm assuming this does not hold the same interest as the original G4 Giant module, except maybe to Hector, who owns it, or other die hard collectors.

Thus, decided not to do a print run at all.

Maybe a flat out auction, if anyone is interested.

Note: only the page shown was typed, but apparently I scanned it, for I believe I wrote this within a year of the G4 but on a processor; probably '95.

Let me know what you think.

I think you'll find the same people that bought a copy of G4 will be interested in this one too (including myself). On the cover page, you have the series going from G4 --> D4 --> D5. Is this a continuation of the "evil PC party" from the original G4?

Yep, myself too :D

And is the D5 written or not?

Of course I would be interested!!! Maybe not the original this time ("c'mon, give someone else a break!")   :D, but definitely a copy, if done.

Put me on the list.

Hector.

Grey--Yes, I had planned a 3 part adventure for the same evil party.

lokiwookie--I have some rough sketches and hand written things for the D5, but never "officially" began it. By that time, I was pretty tuckered out being scoutmaster of my son's troop and, just not enough time to finish the series.

Jorge--Well its good to hear the interest already.

So how should I conduct the auction? like the last? or ......?

YES!
To the auction, BUT...

...decided not to do a print run at all.

:(  :?
ARG!
Why not?

The follks who were lucky enough to purchase the copies of the first adventure, would most certainly want a copy of this one as the follow up.
Now you know what to charge each one of us for shipping too.

If one day you find the time to do the complete serie, it would be really interesting. So many adventures for good characters while so few for evil ones!

Anyway, as Gnat said, don't you definitely want to make a (at least small) print run?  :(

lokiwookie--

Hey, I really love you guys and, sincerely, appreciate all the support you and this forum have given me. But....

(regarding the last project)...I had no idea how time consuming it was going to be. Actual scanning, labeling, wear and tare on my wifes printer, hot lines at the P.O., then worrying about each package I mailed whether it was demolished enroute and would need replacing...

it kinda kicked my arse a bit.

I am not opposed to whomever buys the original of making copies available to those that arrange such personally between you and him. But I would appreciate having some input into the actual numbers printed.

I have decided, however, to make copies of what i have of the D5 and include them in with the original D4 materials. How's that for sweetening the pot? (They ain't much, but...)

And, who knows, I may just complete the series with a special D5 available only for Acaeum members at my store.

<Heh>

That is part of why you request more than what you did for the first G5 copies.

Not just for the unique module and creative work, but your time, materials, shipping materials and other issues that pop up that make it frustrating.

Okay, guys.

Since I loves y'all, and my wife and I discussed it. We can do a limited print run.

So, everyone that has a copy of the original G4(5) and would like a signed, numbered copy of the D4, start getting on the list...again.

And this time, I will make certain (1) that you get the #/order in which you commit, (2) that all will be sent with DO NOT BEND on them (I'll do it myself!), (3) that all will have cardboard inserts, and (4) that all will be plastic wrapped to protect from moisture. (The auctioned Original will be shipped in a box this time!)

Now, in light of this, I will withhold all the D5 material except for the auction winner, who will get copies of that stuff included with the original D4.

How's that sound?

Oh, this time (as per everyone's suggestions--especially my wife --lol--), purchase price will be $15 + shipping Just PM me and I'll tell you each what is involved.

Also, by request, I have also decided to try and finish the series/D5. This will be a backburner project, though, until I get this one off the table.

So how's all that grab ya?

THE D4 LIST IS:
1. Gnat-the-beggar/PAID 9-8-11 PRINTED
2. Phaedran/PAID 9-8-11 PRINTED
3. Lokiwooki/PAID 9-8-11 PRINTED
4. Chucho68/PAID 9-8-11 PRINTED
5. Carrejo/PAID 9-8-11 PRINTED
6. FormCritic/PAID 9-8-11 PRINTED
7. Dwarf/PAID 9-8-11 PRINTED
8. MisterSpock/PAID 9-8-11 PRINTED
9. Mbassco2003/PAID 9-8-11
10. Ligmancer/ PAID 9-8-11
11. Grey M./PAID 9-12-11
12. davidC/PAID 9-9-11
13. Scathaigh/PAID 9-8-11
14. Aia/PAID 9-9-11
15. Ak'Ptui/PAID 9-12-11

Run is filled.

Okay. I will now enter the copying/printing phase of the project.
Also, I seriously want to know when you all think the auction should end? How about, at the end of the printing phase?

Yep. Put me down for a copy.
You might want to PM your previous buyers so they don't miss the list.
