...i tried a quick search in the most common rpg db on the web without success... any clue on the bad lands game? is this a setting?

Doing a quick google search brings up this link:

which seems to have been started by Ken Whitman (owner/driving force of Whit Productions). In one of the comments, he lists the releases of Whit Publications and here is the data regarding Bad Lands:

Doesn't look like it was ever published...atleast not yet anyways.
