Not sure if anyone else like me has been searching for this book from Flying Buffalo "CITYBOOK VI: Up Town" is now taking pre-orders for this reprint. There have been delayed, but I don't care, I've been searching for this book for years now, at reasonable price mind you.

You may want to send an email and see if this is something that is really planned to happen.  I think it has been in the status "will be available shortly (?)" for a number of years now.

Nope, it's been less than a year. That I much I know for sure, as I already emailed him about 8 months back when it was in unavailable status. Going to reprint is new, at least another go at it. A refund is already offered if they don't do the reprint. Wonder if he's waiting for enough pre-orders to use to front the reprint?

2011 and you'd think POD (Print on Demand) would be more available for things like this. But then, the value of some hard to find items might drop.
