Hi,

i would really like to know if this supplement is just a collection of spells or if it is a "complete magic system" with its peculiar mechanics. (and maybe an opinion about it, if i'm not asking too much :D )

I believe its the complete Ysgarth Spell system.  This book is one of the 3 that make up the core rules for that edition of Ysgarth (Rolecraft and Worldcraft are the other two that make up the complete core set).
