I've got a few of these tiny minis that I can't identify.  They are all about 1/2 inch high so I think they're 15mm.  The guy with the spear is marked z41 on the base.  The mini with the staff has a light M underneath.  I'm thinking possibly Martian Metals.  The other two have no markings.

I don't recall seeing seen them before, so they're probably not Heritage, Grenadier, or Ral Partha.  They're crude enough to be in the same era as Minifigs or Dragontooth, or one of those other c. 1976-77 minis mfrs.

But I can't help you ID them, either  :?

The guy with the staff is indeed Martian Metals.  Here he is:

You're right about the guy with the staff, benjoshua.   The 25mm version is much more detailed.   That must be why I didn't recognize it.  :)
