fyi:

My old friends Tracy & Laura Hickman are doing a Ltd. Edition publishing thing. Get chapters as they're ready, and then get the print edition (numbered signed etc) at the end. See Eventide.

Will they be printing the book normally do you know Frank? paperback etc?

IIRC, those who get the online chapter by chapter version will get a hardcopy when it is completed.
