Can anyone out there identify this dragon?   It's huge, about a one foot wingspan and a kobold can fit in it's mouth.

Got him!

He's a Gargantuan Gold Dragon by Rawcliffe.  My guess is the mini you have is not by Rawcliffe based on it's sheen, but by some other manufacturer.  I know Rawcliffe re-did a number of Ral Partha minis in pewter, for example.  Anyway, at least you know more than you did when you started.  :)

Thanks, that's the one.   Now I know how he should actually look.

How do you know where to look?   I hope you didn't spend all night on this.    :D

I sell a lot of minis and was just going through my usual sources.  It didn't take me too long.  Again, this guy was actually produced by somebody else first and then made into a pewter figure.  I don't know who made him originally.  :?

Thanks you guys.   Since I'm old I only think about the manufacturers in the 70s and 80s.  I don't know many of the companies that make them now but I actually have bought from Thunderbolt and didn't think to look there.  Now I have to decide what to do with it.
