Thanks for the praise. No wonder my photobucket accounts bandwidth is already exceeded for the month.  :)

As to the DM's screen there were 220 made and were exclusive to retailers if they ordered alot of 4th Edition books from WOC.

Defjeff, you could always come to GenCon and meet alot of the Acaeum crew. Less than a 3 hour drive :)

I didnt even know they made this one.  I guess the Aquarius is a bit out of my video game collecting scope though.  :)

The Mattel Aquarius is one of the shortest lived home computer systems of the 1980's but the AD&D Treasure of Tarmin game was state of the art at the time... so Mattel ported it over to the Intellivision.

What was interesting about this is that Mattel had already made an AD&D game cartridge a year before so in the advertisements for the Treasure of Tarmin game they gave the previously unnamed adventure a title "Cloudy Mountain" Volume 1... and Treasure of Tarmin was thus dubbed Volume 2.

Image

But as you can see by the advertisements for the original cartridge, the adventure had no name.

Subsequently, all of the future releases of the original game bore the new subtext "Cloudy Mountain".

So if you collect all of the retro Dungeons and Dragons video games, you will need to have both releases of Intellivision's "Cloudy Mountain" to have a complete set.

State of the art?  Ha!  Dungeons of Daggorath destroyed it in terms of graphics and gameplay, and still has a cult following to this day!

I'm so sick of all these Aquarius fanbois trolling our -- ok, ok, I'll calm down.  I just miss the 80s. :D

I don't miss the 80s. Mostly dreadful music and otherwise a decade of living hell for me.

But, that also means that I do indeed have issues.

Wow, that's really cool, even bigger than my collection I think! :-)  All my stuff is just in boxes though.

Now you need to get this, D&D pinball!  It's a fun game.

I registered just to say how cool your D&D room is. Man, I'd love to have a session in there...
Congratulations for the hard work!

We have one of the D&D pinball machines. It is in our great room next to the Tower of Doom stand up arcade game :)

Too much work getting those upstairs.

Registered also to make a comment on the amazing room. Excellent job.

My only critism is the table is so tiny. I would hate to have an awesome room and only limit the games to 2 players or less. Do you use TV trays or something to expand the play area?

I'd have thought you could fit 5 players & a DM round the table, depending on what props, minis, snacks, beer etc you have use/enjoy...

If we pushed it we could fit 6 players + DM at the table.
