Hasn't worked since last .jar download. Does anyone else have this problem? Man, I don't want to have to return this for a refund!

What are the symptoms Frank? Does it not get pages from ebay or does it not even start up or something?

BTW I've just done a new release tonight. I've added my own timeframe code seeing as ebay got rid of theirs.

All set, Nev. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Thanks anyways tho. I have a sneaking suspicion that Kazaa might be locking it up, even if it isn't running. When I shut down all the Kazaa spyware, it seems to work fine.

Scratch that. The new jar doesn't seem to search eBay proper, only the foreign sites.

There's definitely something strange going on. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

The international sites haven't cut over to the new pages yet so that's why they still work.

I just tried doing a search and it bombed out on the second page. Then I tried doing it again and it all worked fine. My guess is their load balancing sometimes sends your request to an old server and sometimes to a new one.

Looks like I'll be up late tonight...

Nev

Well, perhaps before, but with all the newbays around, my B2's are worth at least $15 each.

I got some shrinkwrap here I'll trade you for AuctionSieve.  Came off a 1988 Mystara box set.  Hardly been used!

Ok, new release done.
I wasn't taking into account featured items.
Let me know if that fixes it or whether you have any more problems.

And now..... bed time.... (5am over here) - ugh I'm gonna be wrecked at work.

Ok, can you do something for me?
- Do one of your searches that doesn't work
- Go to the directory where you installed AuctionSieve
- find a file called lastpage.html
- email it to me

New update released.
Ebay have started adding "ebay store" items onto the end of some result lists. I now take this into account.

Now, can I finally get to work on adding that watchlist feature...?

And Nev even had time to post a new picture of himself!

How come you look younger now?  Do Australians age backwards? ;)

Nah, it's just that the other photo was pretty low quality.

Free copy of AuctionSieve to anyone who can guess the hidden item in the picture!
