Hi and stuff. Leave your collection at the door. When you leave, it will have grown. Damn mutant books and their self-fertilization.

So, when I get back to my collection, my Whitebox will have grown into a Brown? :)

Played D&D since the early 80s and still do! Currently play mostly Pathfinder.

The "Non-TSR" collectibles forum has a Pathfinder thread.
You can probably give some great advice for those of us
just starting to bumble and stumble through Paizo's materials.

I've noticed quite a few Lovecraft and Howard fans, so
if weird fiction piques your interest at all then you'll find
some fellow Arkham dropouts 'round here.

Welcome!

I wanted to stop in and say Hi.

I haven't really been an active member on the forum here, however I hope to chance this do to the fact I enjoy reading what everyone has to say.

I have been playing rpgs since the 80's, starting with Frank's Basic Set. I currently DM for two groups (It was originally just one group but play style caused players to clash, so I was forced to separate the players into two groups)  with four players in each, with one group playing 1e in Greyhawk and the other playing 3.5 in Ptolus. Until recently I ran WOTC sanctioned D&D events (Delve Night and Encounters) at my FLGS, however interest in 4e has fallen off in my area causing me to discontinue the events, because no one would show up.

Recently I've began collecting and I have a modest collection (only one book case) located in my gaming room (I'll have to post photos of it sometime).  My collection doesn't have any of the rarest Items that one could own with a large enough bank roll, however it does contain many items that remind me of my youth with my most prized one being a 1e PHB signed by Gary.

I hope to get to know all of you here at The Acaeum and meet you at future Cons and what have you.

Dwayne

Hey.  Pretty cool.

Interesting to see that Worldwide Game Day banner on your wall.  I bought the same banner over the weekend...for $3 at a yard sale.

Thanks for the compliments on the room, I really wanted to give my players a fun place to game at.

As for the World Wide Game Day banner. It was given to me as a thankyou from my FLGS for being the lead cordinator for the event.

Very nice, Dwayne.  You have cemented your Geekdom with pics.  By the way, is any of the art on the walls original?
