Funny, came to the same $17.95 to send to me....
There was a module lot of just three or four items that had a $20.00 amount for shipping just a couple weeks ago. I emailed; asked why, got no response...I think the item received 0 bids...
And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!

$17.85 is the Express Mail rate for packages between 8oz and 2lbs (any zip code, 1 day delivery)- which is the method the seller is choosing to ship by. In this case, he/she isn't doing it out of greed - just ignorance. . . completely unrealistic, uncomprehending ignorance. Their feedback is only 2 so they are obviously new to ebay.
If, by chance, anyone is actually interested in the item a brief, intelligent email explaining alternate shipping options would probably do the trick.

That exactly what I did.
The seller agreed to ship by other means for me.

Guys, guys, read the fine print. It's the quote for OVERNIGHT shipping. The seller prolly doesn't realize it.
If you hit a Rowsdower, you get to keep it.

Yep, it sure is.
Seller needs to get clue, though.
