Dear friends,
i have seen 2 types of the B4 module: one perforated and one no.
What is the difference?

Thanks

Massimiliano

If you are referring to the hole punching then

"The 3-hole-punching on some of the early B-series modules does seem to indicate a different printing (probably earlier), but this is not proven."

If your question relates to perforated pages, I'm sure someone else will answer your question.

Regards.

The B modules released circa 1981-1982 had the 3-hole punch to make them coincide with the Moldvay Basic and Expert sets of the same time period.  For what it's worth, I used to write dates of purchase in my gaming materials as a kid; I first bought B4 in Rhinelander, Wisconsin with the 3-hole, then only saw the other version later when I came back home to Colorado later in the year.  I'm therefore pretty sure the 3-hole printing came first.

If you're referring to the pages themselves, the parts of B4 most often missing are the center "deep dungeon" map inserts.
