A few things I have picked up recently, that I would defintely say are fun  :) :

Dragon #3:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... %3AIT&rd=1

Granted it is a not great shape, but for only $15.50 I think thats a pretty good deal.

Additionally, picked up a shrinked Menzoberranzan set this morning for only $18.00:

I also picked up a Book of Demons is really nice shape in an online store for only $25.00.

I just didn't want the Delf item to pass w/o anyone grabbing it. Looks like a great item!

I think the Delf folks also had a hand in the zine called First Encounter....

Lest ye think ill of me . . .

No negotiating . . . I kept staring at it thinking do I want to even send a "question" to the seller (which I never do). So, after a few minutes I simply placed a bid of $125 (again, I usually never place bids early).

I click "place bid" and ebay says my bid is "at or above the Buy it Now price.

What? 8O  I went back and checked out the description . . . it was edited and a BIN added while I was looking at it.   If I had bid 1 penny less, the bid would have registered and I would have never realized it!

Nice!

Seems that you may have been the very fortunate beneficiary of someone else's hard work.  I am sure you will be hearing about it if its someone from here.

Revised 8.58.07 PST and Ended at 9.01.20 PST.
Someone must be seriously pissed at that. :D
Did the seller mention that he'd coloured in the pictures with magic marker?

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

Is this an admission of guilt?

I wish.
If I'd seen it I'd have either slammed in an initial bid, or asked thye seller to remove it from auction completely. And I'd have set the price more generously that $125. Maybe the pics really are coloured in. :D

Well, let's put it in perspective.  I was bidding on it anyway, so the BIN would have been spoiled in any case.  Once that happened, it was just a matter of time until the high rollers locked in on it and decided the outcome in the last minute.

Does that help?  :)
