Wish I'd seen the Fast Rules that finished a few days ago; it would have gone for a bit more than $20 if I had.

I really should become more organised - I like to THINK I do regular ebay checks on a few key words, but when a Guidon auction finishes and I don't know about it, I guess I'm getting sloppy. Or perhaps I've just been distracted by the cricket...

Regards

Mike

Very nice price. I hope that was in US$. AU$ would be an incredible price.

I would be very happy with $50 :D . Although I never knew I wanted one until they were listed on this forum! But that goes for a lot of the stuff I've bought :?

John,

I picked up my woodgrain Tractics for $40.  I'm sure you'll get another shot.

Does anyone recognize those character sheets, though? They're new to me.

I don't recognize them.

Is it a 1st or 2nd printing?  i.e. is the rear cover blue or silver?

They look very familiar.  I think I might have used some in my playing days.  Could they be GW post TSR license?

It's a 1st, with a blue (almost black) rear cover. No perforated sheet present, and really beat up with lots of writing. I don't have a 1st US, but I will be comparing it to my 2nd US printing. I already completed the poll last year with "none", but you can update that if you're keeping track... :)

Regarding the character sheets, they seem to have originally been a top-tearing pad, there seems to be some gum residue left on the top edge, but almost all the pages have separated by now...pretty sure the value is $0, but interesting, anyway.  Perhaps we should add internal pictures of the known character sheets to the site...

Not rare but well worth it even though bidding started high:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... %3AIT&rd=1

He included 3 Ravenloft items & UK2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 - all in good condition in the sale. :)

This turned out pretty well for me, considering the past two went in the $120.00 range. I do think think the sudden retraction of the auction's 2 highest bidders may have scared away any others:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... %3AIT&rd=1

Too bad David jacked me up, else I would have got it for $76.00. :P

I also picked these up, nothing real special, but based on the stupid prices shrinked box sets have been going for recently, these were a steal:

Nope. I'd've happily paid $89 for a better copy than that in the H1-4 bundle someone just snuck away from cougie right at the end; http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 5241316356 .

Seems to quite a few similar around just now.

(Seller definitely got messed around, though...).

I am confused.:?  The one I just won is perfect. :)

As a note H2 & H3 were both hole punched on that lot as well, else I might have bid higher.

I was seriously debating on it at the $90.18 price, down to the last seconds, since it was in better condition than the two that I have.  If it was $76.00, I probably would have jacked you up anyway.  Good price though - congrats.

Maybe not the greatest deal on earth, but $60 for a Mint GDQ1-7 made me pretty happy.  :D

Pretty shady bid retractions.

If you hit a Rowsdower, you get to keep it.
