And the seller even threw in a vintage d6. Which was nice! I've only just given one away. Dice karma.

Hey, that item came from Slough!

I can see Gareth playing D&D in his youth. Pre-territorial army.

Any ideas??  I'll scan it  if no one else if familiar with it (it doesn't appear in Heroic Worlds).

Would be funny though if it actually had a value to it. Spellbinders is right up the street from me and the guy who wrote it still hangs out there (odd bird to say the least). Perhaps I can get him to sign it and double its value of nothing. LOL (and heya gdog - long time lurker just finally felt like posting)

Sweet BIN, I'll probably resell most of it but I love the artwork on this shit.

The G1-3 I set down next to a old D&D one and compared the pictures

D&D Against the Giants- pictures 3 poorly drawl gaints one tossing a guy another holding a guy down.

Hackmaster Annihilate the giants - Has two very cool looking frost giants, one is ripping a guys arm off, others cleaving 3 guys (one in half)(ones skull off)(ones arm off/shoulder/half head) in one swing tons of blood and gore lol.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 5961370957

I don't remember it having a BIN.

David...?

Did you successfully ask THE question?  Or was I just being blonde and missed the BIN?

*chuckles*. So much for all those hours spent getting things ready for yer kid, John... ;)

Item Revision Details

Nah, was just getting some practice in so thought I'd take the tack of being the underbidder for the previous one which went for £25 ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 4070841193 ) to see where that went. Was a "fair" price in that context, I think.

(Not as though we're talking about a 1st Chainmail for £30, is it? :P)

Oh well, obviously impossible to do anything in "secret" around here! :D

Another one which got away (to an Acaeum member)

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 5959919308

These don't seem to come up very often.  Although a quick look at the thumnail image often means mistaking it for a common or garden red basic book rather than a 5th UK print:

Actually, I had my eyes on that and forgot about it because I was putting up my own stupid auctions  .
