Correct.  But my seller labelled it "Board Game"   And I can't really expect him to know international rules on Importing and Exporting as he is not a trader.  I should have told him to label it "Books".  So, my own fault.

I now have to appeal to Customs & Excise that the item is in fact a set of 3 books in a box.  Although the eBay listing clearly says that it is a RPG and this may cause C&E to insist that it is a game even though not a "Board Game".

But yes, I did want the box.  Which means I have a woodgrainless 3rd for sale.

Turns out the seller works for Jedko.  And I've already asked if they have any old archive material to sell.  No such luck.

Hrr... where's the board?

Good luck with this, John, but I'd suspect once you've paid the duty it's going to be very tough to reclaim it.

Doesn't matter if it's a "game". If it's a book, it's a book... or a boxed set of books.
Might as well stick duty on anything that's humorous.

*chuckles*. Good try :)

Oh, you should get fairly good money for the books, I think.
(Sorry, boardless game...???)

Unforuntaly I don't have a costume, but I'll be happy to drape a sheet over myself, cut two eye holes, and come as a 2 hit dice ghost.

The first time my sniping site has let me down.

I've recently got rid of 3 used sets for £10/$18 each.  So, these are a bargain IMHO.

Looks like IT spent some time in the desert. Good play copy though.

If you hit a Rowsdower, you get to keep it.

I saw these, read the description, and said well $70 probably means $35 each. So why not try a snipe of $100 bucks. What the hay right. No one noticed or maybe they aren't worth a thing? Anyone know about these?

This bundle has been sold by Noble Knight Games for a long time.  They have a ton of these.  The price you paid is pretty much consistent with what they have been going for +/- $20.  Not sure if you were aware but the "City of Brass" is only a promotion flyer.

Yes, I was aware. Did the other bundles they sold have the City of Brass flyer?

Yup I thought about bidding on that one but the actual currency exchange rate from Swiss Franc to Euro is the killer   :x
