And a nice win for Mark....

My computer ceased and I couldn't get my $140 snipe in.    :(
There's almost $200 worth there.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

I was wondering where you were at Ian.  I have been looking for Gems for Death for a while now (would still like one in better condition though).

I'm actually happy with these wins

mrissaries has some nice items, but unless he buys me dinner before porking me on shipping, I can't see bidding much more than you did, Mars. Is he out of his gourd?

I think that is why I ended up winning this one.  The shipping quotes within the US are about the same as it is to Canada - good for me but bad for buyers in the US.

I think his quotes in the auction are also a bit out.  I just paid for this item and the two others I purchased and the shipping only came to $6.30 which is less than the quote for the single item.   The checkout description also says there is a $4.00 handling charge - which I don't think I got charged.

I was still willing to go to $140 on that one. My PC froze me out in the last 30 seconds.

Its good to know that my PC jamming software is working :)  Just need to test it out a few more times and I'll be done my PhD in no time.  You would have had it for about $93.87.

I debated it for the Doctrines and Sylvan, but I have the rest, and I'd rather see the lot go to someone who doesn't. I can trade for those two.
I generally try to avoid bidding on stuff I already have. All it does is drive up the price, and I'd just trade it off anyways.

So you'd avoid bidding if anoher Kali surfaced? :D
I think it's healthy to push the prices.

If another Kali showed up I think there would be enough bidders to push the price up - namely you and I to start :)

Well, now, Kali is a different animal!
Actually, though, to be honest, if it was a "rough cut" or "prepub" or whatever the hell mine is, I would let it go. If it was a different version, I'd probably pay a stupid amount for it. No word of a lie, if I had to light a tourney Inverness or Kali on fire and watch it burn, there'd be one less numbered module in the world. No hesitation.
It's such an awesome supp, in a way I wish there were more. Sort of. Well, not really. IT'S MINE!!!! MUAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think Frank has decided he is either going to be buried with his copy or he is going to roll it up and smoke it on his death bed.

Pardon the ignorance, but what's a Kali?

Well THAT went over like a turd in a punchbowl!

No, nothing weird like that.
I'm going to die in bed reading Kali and being attended to by two 21 year old drunken disproportionate blondes, after having imbibed an entire fifth of Jack Daniels and two handfuls of assorted painkillers. "The Thirteenth Warrior" will be playing on the 51" plasma TV, and it will be the day after the Patriots win the Superbowl. Yikes, that means I only have about 10 months!
But afterwards, I will have my will state that Kali goes to the first person who sacrifices an albino garden slug over my grave while dancing in a diaper and chanting "Ob la di, ob la da". Sound fair?

DDad, it's Kalifax, a city supplement by City Supplements Ink. So far a one-of-a-kind item that I picked up in a lot about 4 years ago, IIRC. I fell in love with it instantly. Look on Ian's page (You need a browser that supports frame to view this page.) for a cover image. 200 looseleaf pages. I've had a tough time trying to figure out if it ever made it to print.
