Took a chance with this one, but it paid off with over 40 books! Just common stuff, but can't beat the price!

This one arrived today...about as cheap as I've ever gotten it thanks to poor title and spelling

Looks like BTB got a good deal here....

Why thanks, Killjoy32bulia.
As an on-topic note, I had a nice chat with Allan/grodog tonight, easily one of the nicest guys on the board. He might have the DeepDelve item I've been missing! Woohoo! Now I need to focus on Calthonwhey. I'd forgotten all about that until he mentioned it.

I hadn't had a fun find for ages, but the one I got a couple of days ago made up for it:

cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewIt ... IBSA:AU:31

Just a lot of Little Wars mags, I hear you say? And at the price you paid, surely the auction should be posted on the Silliest Auction Price thread? Perhaps so - but as you'll note from the seller's reply to my question, issue 7 still contains The Long March, a Tom Wham game.

Having looked for a complete copy of LW7 for something close to 3 years (ever since getting my first copy of that issue which was sadly incomplete), it would be an understatement to say that I'm rather pleased to have snapped this one up.

Regards

Mike

Why is this one a nice pickup?  What is cool about it?

Wild Things and Dark and Hidden Ways are fairly RARE.  (listed as a 4 on the Acaeum).  They only came packaged in the bonus packs with DSG and WSG.  Unopened ones are worth more, but they still command a good price.

See these recent auctions of mine:

cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem& ... T&rd=1

and
