Did they even have counters in 1st Edition Gamma World?  Makes me wonder, considering my own copy DOESN'T, and I've never seen a copy which did.

I don't have any counters in my set and I'm pretty sure it's complete.

You know in the hands of any other seller that L3 sells for barely $30.  Dark's got the magic touch with them somehow.  The last one he bought for $10 sold for $80+. This one is well on its way to match that too.

Whats your ancient chinese secret?

eBay listings

Appears this guy lives near Nagasaki. Radiation might account for the pricing.

£250 for DL1-DL16?  Very optimistic.

You're far too kind. That's a mind-numbingly stupid price for that lot.

The seller registered yesterday, presumably after hearing a get-rich-quick-on-eBay tale from a friend. His lack of feedback history and non-use of PayPal will also keep a certain percentage of potential buyers away.

It's too bad, too, because it is a nice lot of DL stuff. But the price will have to come way down before he sees a single bid.

Probably forgot the decimal point, £2.50 makes a good starting bid...

Hey, I got my reply back!

Dear eyeamgawd,

You asked:
"Is this the super-duper ultra rare version?"

Yes Its the old 1st print cover art not originally released with the Expert boxed set.

Jesus, what a blockhead...................

this is an interesting tactic, a BIN of $0.01, but the shipping is $7.99....

God, that is just stupid.

Of course, it's probably intended as newbie-bait ... you know, seeing what looks to be a great deal, pressing the button, then checking the shipping price.

Pretty lame, though.  :?

WEFG

Hehehe, perhaps I should win the auction and drive up there and give him his one cent.

Of course, he's got it all figured out and would just say no.
