:( :(

I was watching that one earlier when the cougar first put his nose in.
Kinda predictable what's happening, there (and will be surprised if he gets burned).

Yep, I did the math on that one early on. No where near that total... 8O

There are some nice modules that generally go for good bucks, but you could buy every one of those separately pay separate shipping for less than $330. 8O

And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!

I'm guessing my highly aggressive snipe of $165 is not going to be admitted.

What the hell?  That's over $20.00 an item. . .   (take a look at the bid history).

Again I say!  What is going on here?  (bid history).  Even at $15.00 each it doesn't break even. . . .

I just took another hard look at this one.

If you are a reseller, no way. Yes, you can get $20-35 for a few of those items, assuming they are mint.

If you are a collector...it is a tough call...If the condition is as advertised, it might be worth it. You can grab a bunch of modules that generally go for higher prices...It is high, but not so much so that someone who doesn't want to hunt for a year might make a stab.

The other auctions (Same seller) was crazy. Those modules simply are not worth the price...no way...no how....

Either I'm missing something, or my auction here:  http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... RK:MESE:IT deserves a mention in this thread.

I didn't expect to get half this much for the issue.  Does it normally go this high? (And if any of you are bidding on it, thanks)

I have 4 copies of issue #6 I've picked up in lots over the years (paid about $2 each), and I recintly won issue #1 in mint for $28. Your guess is as good as mine as to why it's that high of a bidding war.

The less welcome side of stuff being dug out of people's archives, owing to anniversary coverage...

"Celebrate 30 years of D&D by adding this book to your collection.  Outstanding artistry, great fun"

early 9th print Wizard PHB; $99 start with $110 BIN. 8O

Erm, I'll pass.... (and on the others the seller has, too).

Wow, did you see that sticker on the front cover? Never seen it, that must be a super rare edition of the PHB!! Now, quick, before someone else gets this first...

Seriously: Another hot candidate for the most ridicolous auction price of this year. What leads people to believe that they'll find someone THAT stupid to buy that shit? What a moron ...

Let me guess, you offered him $9 each for his super rare items?

Be careful Frank! Did you see the scribbling on his supposedly mint DMG? Maybe he gives you a discount on that one...
