And $10 to ship. Jesus wept.

Guy has like a total of nine items he's auctioned off and none of the others RPG stuff.  Something tells me someone bought a D&D book once upon a time and had it knocking around until a friend told him or he heard that "that D&D crap is valuable, man!"

Et voila.

Jesus wept, indeed.

Well, if anyone really wants to make the newbie pay, it is there for the taking.  Seriously, 4 high bids, someone almost should make him pay.

Ok, they're semi-rare.  But they're not that rare.  Still 4.5 hours to prove me wrong though, guys. 8O

You have got to be kidding me!!

bclarkie wrote: MV1 is one of the modules that I do not have in shrink however I will not be spending anywhere near $63.00 to get it. :)  I am willing to bet that I can find one in shrink for less that $15.00. Besides give it some time, I will not be surprised to see that go over $100.00 looking at who is bidding on it.

Well, looks like my prediction a few months became a reality tonight:

Seems, I managed to spend almost $56.00 less than empoweredguy. :)

Fiend Folio: Dungeons & Dragons | eBay

I was looking at some of the stuff you guys and gals are listing and wondering in amazement as well.  What really struck me was how many times people list things in Near Mint condition when their own pictures tell a whole different story, even when they try to hide it.  Take for instance the Fiend Folio above.

Scuffed and scratched ridges of the lower, and most likely upper, cover.  Obvious scuffing on the front lower right side in the black area of the cover.  The upper left corner is hidden well but if you look closely you can see the white indication of some damage.  The corners are bumped and bent in.  It makes you wonder what isnt being shown.

If I am paying $60 for a FF the dam thing better look, smell, and feel hot enough that I actually believe it just fell off the press.

Okay, I can't help but ask, but what exactly is a "potato wedger"? - bclarkie

For $60, it better be the rare "Friend Folio" I keep hearing about but have never seen...
