Now this is no word of a lie, I laughed so hard I fell out of my chair and knocked one of my computers over when I saw this.

That is odd, BUT the seller is Monte Cook's wife and I think they posted it on their site so they may see a lot of new/"0" bids with that kind of press.

On the auction mentioned above:

cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem& ... egory=2545

In looking at the Eldritch Wizardry booklet, which printing had the logo/cover information in red? It seems to me that the copies I have seen were in black ink...of course the ol' memory is not as sharp as it once was (not as dull as a bag of wet mice, but getting there).

Any thoughts?

I think that must be it because she says the ink is starting to bleed.

Same seller - evidently had two of these but this one is not as nice.

eBay.com Item Bid History

$20 for a special TSR die is kinda silly I must admit... but look closer, I smoked pitttbulll!  How cool is that?   8)

Dude, that die is bound to have some killer luck in it considering it's pedigree of being tossed by a rule book writer (Monte Cook for those who don't get the connection).

I mean, just using that luck to create ONE character that kicks some major @$$ has got to be worth $20 at least.

:)

The funny/scary thing about this auction is the opening comment:

>>Parents are retiring and downsizing, and somehow I got stuck selling off what they don't need.<<

A kid is selling his parent's D&D stuff because they are retiring.   :o
We're becoming geezers...

How do these people feel when they realize they paid about $75 more than the modules are worth? I imagine it's like banging a fat chick on a drunken Saturday night. You just try to squeeze the horror out of your memories, and never tell a soul. Of course, your friends eventually find out and never let you forget.
Wow, it IS like that!

This is in German, but title and starting price are enough ... of course, no bids. The box is even bashed! Some people just have no idea what they're selling ...
