Nah, the first set was nicer...I would have bid harder if I hadn't missed the end of that auction due to work.  I just realized we're in the "Silliest" thread, actually.

And their response.....

eBay '8700409710' - Invalid Item

Maybe I should up it to $15?

Wow, I passed up on one a couple months ago 'cause it went over $10. Is this what its worth or just more madness?

$235 is unreasonable (half that would still be pushing it), but $10 is ridiculous to the point of being asinine.

Well true..... I'll go for ridiculous....asinine might be a little harsh though....more done to make a point of course...especially considering this

I'd say that half was definately pushing it  :)

Alright, just to be irritating, I just asked:

bclarkie the pain in the ass wrote:Dear Seller, I was looking at your auction listing here and I noticed that you purchased this lot for almost 1 half of what you have the same exact auction up for now.  What gives?

Actually got a response and although I was figuring that I would get flamed, I actually didnt.  I actually got a nice cordial response:

heres the deal i purchased this item and after shipping and what not it was aroun 145-160 i believe, i could be wrong though. I am getting married to my fiancee the 21st of october and need to raise some money for our honeymoon, if you are interested I would be willin to lower the price and shipping costs to some extent. I need to raise this money fast so write me back and we'll see what we can work out! thanks

john

Seems like a nice enough guy.  I am not going to buy his lot because he even he paid too much for it, but at least he seems nice. :)

You may very well be right Mike, but my only point was he didnt fire back at me, even though my question was meant to be irritating. :?
