Seller has ZERO feedback and shows a S&H of $15 dollars. I wonder if Cougar has spammed the seller with his M-bag question? And wouldn't it be funny if instead of 16 full size modules Cougar gets the micro versions instead?

That's actually a pretty good price ;)

Grayson what do these usually go for?  I have them all in bright mint condition and I am just curious.

$6-10 for DL 1-13. $15-25 for DL 14, 15, 16.  I've got them cheaper in my store, but mine aren't all in fantastic shape ;)

The "Classics" volumes that combine the modules, go for ~$20 each.

Here's the question I raised on this auction to the seller:

"Can you offer any photos of the collection? Why is your price so high? These aren't that valuable. Right now at the used bookstore that I work at, I can buy this same collection... in very good to near mint condition... for about $150. And there is little to no collectable value to the 2nd edition material.

Thank you."

Let's see how this turns out, okay? :)

I particularly love the 1st print "Revised" edition DMG. 8O I wonder if all the other books he lists as first prints are "really" first prints, particularly the Monster Manual and the Deities & Demigods.

Heh, and to have the priviledge of bidding, you have to contact him first.

But hey, he's an 85% FB seller, I'm sure nothing could go wrong.

All the books are from 2nd edition unless they're noted to be prior to.

Here's the response I got:

"If you can get them that cheap, then buy it, if there is no collectable value then why even bother sending this kind of a message?"

And still no answer about a picture of the collection. I'll be very suprised if he actually sells the lot.

well lets face it, the lad is an absolute muppet. if anyone buys that lot, they deserve to get ripped off imo :)

if the lad gets someone to bite, then good for him.

If you can get all those books for $150, you're crazy not to.

I count 75 items. At $5 apiece, which is far less than a lot of those items go for, you're already over $350.
Of course, the lack of pictures makes it rough.

No book store is going to sell that many books for $150, especially with all the hardcovers.

With the additions ot the list, his asking price is now reasonable, assuming the reserve isn't much higher than $350. But, the lack of condition descriptions and no pictures.. well, I wouldn't touch it with an 11' pole.

Not on ebay, but I thought this worth a giggle after you get over bawking at the price tag.

DragonQuest game, second item from the bottom of the page.

Other Games - buy Other Games now from LegendGames

£40!!

Methinks they may be stuck with that copy for a *long* time.

That's not as funny as them wanting 20 pounds for a copy of JG Witches :D

My copy has been sitting in my store for months at $3 US, lol.

"Naw, I'll do it at work better."

Phones are down at work, of course.
