Something called "Hirelings Hall" in this lot.  Says he picked it up at a convention.  $56 is a little pricey for me, maybe someone else will be interested...

But the auction does include Greyhawk Ruins which is worth about $20-30 by itself. And T1-4, although damaged.

Appears to be a first printing, but the seller states that the pic is not the acutal pic of the item.  Hope a first printing pic wouldn't be used for other than first printing book  8O.

This is the only other one besides mine I've seen in 4 years. Anyone else have one? As a side note, the folder for KH is orange. Is the one in the picture red or is it me?

What are you talking about Deadlord?  There was one up on eBay about 8 months ago.  I think it went for about $90 (I could swear somebody here was the one who picked it up).
And Muaddib, $10/issue for the first few Polyhedrons is way high.  I've gotten them for way cheaper.
