He is saying that there are photocopies floating around out there, in a roundabout way. Probably has first-hand knowledge....
As to "very,very rare" and "few copies", I am sure everyone here has one or two. I almost decided to wipe my ass with my spare the other day, just to make some use of it. It really isn't all THAT rare.

If you hit a Rowsdower, you get to keep it.

Jade hare was released as a PDF I'm sure, thats what he is saying, I think it is rare don't see many come around, I have a spare as well, but I don't think I'll be wipeing my butt with it;)

That is another publisher, I am 99% positive so too have screwed up the name is weird. I believe that is Louis Porter creator of Haven: City of Violence...I am published and people still mess with me so no worries.
