I think it was released in Dungeon or a later issue of Polyhedron. I know the name sounds damn familiar for some reason... might also be a printout of a pdf I've got too. I'll have to do some digging tomorrow morning though my magazines. Notice the seller isn't showing the upper part of the pic, meaning its probably some photocopied stapled pages.

He is saying that there are photocopies floating around out there, in a roundabout way. Probably has first-hand knowledge....
As to "very,very rare" and "few copies", I am sure everyone here has one or two. I almost decided to wipe my ass with my spare the other day, just to make some use of it. It really isn't all THAT rare.

If you hit a Rowsdower, you get to keep it.
